Refund And Cancellation Policy
This policy explains cancellations, failed payments, and refund review for CFBCBot.
Customers can cancel through Stripe Customer Portal. Access continues through the paid period unless abuse, fraud, or policy violations require suspension.
Refunds are reviewed case by case within 7 days of the first charge when the service has not been actively used for a completed setup.
Failed or past-due payments may pause premium automations while payment recovery is pending.
If a subscription expires, is canceled after the paid period, or is suspended, the bot may leave the Discord server.
