/setup checks the server's subscription, install, Live Score Grid sport choices, channel routes, and posting state before showing the next action.

/score provides live, recent, and historical score snapshots for supported sports.

/scoreboard manages Live Score Grid, general 5-minute poster, and schedule/final record delivery after setup.

/scoreboard sports sets sports for each scoreboard post; Live Score Grid no longer has to inherit every automatic post type.

Schedule and final record posters are delivered as image posts; the embed schedule command is not part of the paid customer product.

The upcoming and final schedule posts are one package: upcoming games first, final scores as tracked games finish.

Game-day delivery has three separate lanes: Live Score Grid edits, general 5-minute poster posts, and schedule/final record posts.

Discord does not bump edited scoreboard messages, so Live Score Grid belongs in its own dedicated channel.

The general 5-minute poster shares the Live Score Grid image separately for chat visibility and should not share the Live Score Grid channel.

Provider coverage decides live availability; when a supported live feed is unavailable, schedule/final posts and /score remain the fallback path.

Run /scoreboard test before kickoff to confirm routing, image permissions, and channel visibility.

CFBCBot needs View Channel, Send Messages, Attach Files, and Embed Links in each delivery channel.

Customers connecting Discord need Manage Server or Administrator access for the server they want to configure.

The subscription applies to one Discord server. Channel delivery is server-wide inside that selected server.

Each automatic post type can be routed to one delivery channel: Live Score Grid, general 5-minute poster, and schedule/final record.

Live Score Grid and general 5-minute poster channels must be different so the constantly edited live board does not get buried in chat.

If channel permissions change, scoreboard and poster delivery can pause until permissions are restored.

Access requires an active trial or paid subscription before the bot can be installed or remain active.

After checkout, the install flow unlocks the Discord invite for the selected server.

Billing changes, cancellations, and payment recovery are handled through Stripe Customer Portal.

If the bot leaves a server after cancellation, reconnect billing before reinstalling.

No manageable servers means the Discord account does not have Manage Server or Administrator access on any shared server.

If images do not post, verify channel permissions first, then run /setup in Discord for the next server-specific action.
